"I first met Bill in 2013 through a business acquaintance. When we listed our home in 2015, he was one of two choices and both seemed excellent. We chose the other. Sixteen months, two realtors, and two failed contracts later, we retained Bill as our agent. We finally closed on our house in February of 2018.Both of our prior agents came highly recommended and were well rated, and both committed major unforced errors. The second was emotionally unstable to boot.The mature, calm, honest, and serious professional demeanor of Bill was a welcome respite. In the end we were sorry we didn't use him first."
